Job Summary:
The Marketing Administrative Assistant is an entry-level position providing administrative support to one or more individuals in the Marketing Department.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other information requests, both internally and externally
• May make basic arrangements for meetings and conferences
• Collect information from files or staff for routine inquiries and reports
• Responsible for related clerical duties such as processing incoming mail, maintaining marketing supplies, operating office machines, and filing and retrieving information
• Coordinate the licensing process for new agents
• Prepare weekly newsletters
• Adhere to strict brand campaign guidelines.
• Engage with agents for company recognition and actively work with agents pending business
• Creates and executes social media campaigns as directed by Marketing director and/or President.

Education and Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
• Microsoft Word and/or Publisher experience

Schedule and Salary Range:
• Full-time position
• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Salary Range: $35,000 - $50,000 annually
